Loyalty notes
Clarify the host’s authority
A host may relay offers, escalate tickets or explain programme terms, yet may not have authority to change compliance, withdrawal or dispute decisions. Ask for important statements in writing and request the policy they rely on. Informal promises should not be treated as binding when published terms say otherwise.
- ADefined authority
- BWritten confirmation
- CPolicy reference
Loyalty notes
Verify unexpected host contact
Impersonators can copy a host’s name or profile photo and move the conversation to a private app. Confirm the contact through a previously verified support channel. A real representative should never need a password, one-time code, seed phrase, private key or remote access to your device.
- AIndependent contact check
- BNo authentication secrets
- CNo remote access
Loyalty notes
Personalised pressure is still pressure
Messages about expiring status, loss recovery or a ‘special’ deposit can exploit familiarity. A host should respect a stop, closure or marketing opt-out request. If contact continues or gambling feels difficult to control, block the channel, preserve the messages and seek support rather than negotiating another offer.
- ARespect stop requests
- BReject loss-recovery framing
- CBlock persistent pressure
